Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using MyTurnTag Creator(“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

Description of Service

MyTurnTag Creator is a mobile application created by Daisuke Adachi that replaces traditional paper tags with NFC tags to efficiently manage walk-in customer waitlists. The app writes application-specific information onto NFC cards to enable waitlist management for businesses.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Maintain the security of your device and access to the Application
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative versions of the Application
• Not jailbreak or root your device, which may compromise the Application’s functionality and security

Purchases and Subscriptions

MyTurnTag Creator offers subscription-based access. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage your subscription and request refunds through your respective app store account settings.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Services
• RevenueCat

Internet Connectivity

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. We cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance. You accept responsibility for any data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming charges.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MyTurnTag Creatoris provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on the Application.

Updates and Termination

We may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using the Application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. You are advised to review this page regularly.
